Cancellation Policy
To better serve our highly valued customers Louisa's Beauty Shop LLC. has a Rescheduling, Cancelation, No-Show & Late arrival policy in place.
The rescheduling, cancelation, no show & late arrival policy is as follows:
There will be a 100% charge of the total scheduled services fee for ANY No-show, cancelation within 24 hours prior to appointment, late arrival beyond 5 minutes of scheduled appointment or rescheduling a appointment within 24 hours of appointment.
The Late Arrival Policy is as follows:
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be considered as a NO-SHOW, canceled & you will be charged 100% of your service.
